A Special Visit

Last October we had a few special visitors!! It was Uncle Ares, Auntie Nene, and May Ann's first visit to the States. They mostly stayed with Auntie Nene's sister in So. City, but they did stay for a few days with Mom. At the same time, Uncle Santo and Auntie Nita (our Godparents for our wedding) scheduled their trip from Virginia to see them, too.

Both Uncle Santo and Uncle Ares are my grandmother's, Nanay Ona, brothers. It was really fun listening to stories from the past and to hear more about Nanay Ona. Their family had a special bond and great stories!! Can't wait until 2009, they will be back for the Lusiana reunion!!
